What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with Z Image, contact support@zimage.im within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account settings.
Can I use generated images for commercial purposes?
Yes, all images generated with Z Image are yours to use commercially without restrictions. Both free and paid plan users have full commercial rights to their generated content. No attribution required.
How do credits work and is my data secure?
Most image generations consume 2 credits. Image upscaling is FREE for all paid plans and uses 1 credit for free users. Paid plans refresh monthly with your subscription. Free users receive 2 credits login plus bonus credits from daily check-ins. Your data is encrypted and secure - we don't store or share your creations unless you explicitly choose to share them.
